Comment:Villa Evgenia exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. It really felt like a family run hotel because they had impeccable hospitality. And George - thanks for being the BEST :) I cannot WAIT to go back and stay there again.

Comment:Didn't stay at this hotel, but would reserve there in a heartbeat if I am lucky enough to go back to Santorini. My friend and I were staying next door at Villa Alizea, whose pool was still empty in April and didn't have Wi-Fi. George gave us permission to use the pool at Villa Evgenia, and when I asked if I could pay for the Wi-Fi signal, he gave me the password and wouldn't accept any money! Great service and we weren't even guests at his hotel.

Comment:We loved it here - it is a real gem yet to be discovered (or maybe it has been discovered?) by the Lonely Planet, on possibly the most beautiful island on earth! Besides the usual things you would expect from a first-class accommodation (including the immaculate cleanliness), it is certainly the family-run atmosphere, and more certainly George's charming charisma, that makes the place what it is. We will definitely be back in the near future!
